摘要
根据某系列分油盘的外形特点,结合分油盘待封堵孔之前的钢球压装工艺,提出了设计分油盘钢球自动压装设备以及实现该工序的半自动化解决方案。实践证明该设计方案在分油盘待封堵孔钢球压装的质量与效率两方面,相较之前的手工压装工艺有极大的提升,能大幅提高企业经济效益,节省人力资源。
According to the appearance characteristics of a certain series of oil separators,through the steel ball press-fitting process before the hole of the oil separator is to be plugged,this paper proposes the design of automatic press-fitting equipment for the steel balls of the oil separator and a semi-automatic solution to this process.Practice has proved that the design scheme has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of the steel ball press-fitting of the hole to be plugged in the oil separator,compared with the previous manual press-fitting process,thus greatly improving the economic efficiency of the enterprise and save human resources.
