摘要
目的:探讨机采血小板与冰冻血小板的临床输注效果。方法:将174例来医院治疗时输注血小板的患者分为观察组(169例)和对照组(5例),其中观察组患者给予机采血小板输注,对照组患者给予冰冻血小板输注。比较两组患者输注前后的血小板计数值的变化。结果:观察组和对照组患者在输注血小板前和输注后血小板计数值没有显著差异,两组患者输注后血小板上升值也没有显著差异。结论:输注机采血小板和输注冰冻血小板使患者周围血中血小板提升同样有效,具有同等临床价值。
Objective:To analyze the differences of clinical infusion effect between frozen and fresh platelet.Methods:174 patients were randomly divided into two groups which are experimental group(169 cases)and control group(5 cases).Experimental group received apheresis platelet and control group received frozen platelet.The platelet counts before and after platelet transfusion was compared between these two groups.Results:The platelet counts both increased in these two groups.There is no significant difference in platelet count after platelet transfusion between experimental group and control group.And there is no significant difference in the increase of platelet count after platelet transfusion between two groups,either.Conclusion:The clinical effectiveness of apheresis platelets is similar to those of frozen platelets.
