摘要
以“塑料门窗焊角强度”为研究对象,以“多元回归分析法、面域法和尺寸驱动法”为研究视角,以“PVC型材断面结构优化”为研究目标。建立焊角强度应力数学理论模型,建立型材性能与焊角强度与型材结构三者关系的函数方程理论模型。旨在解决主动设计合理优化型材断面结构的瓶颈与核心技术问题。
Taking the"welding strength of plastic door-window"as the research object,the methods of"multiple regression analysis,face area,and dimension drive"as the research angles,and"optimization of section structure of PVC profile"as the research goal,the mathematical model of welding angular strength stress is established,and the functional equation theory model of the relationship between profile performance and welding angular strength and profile structure is established.The aim is to solve the bottleneck and core technical problems of active design and rational optimization of profile section structure.
