摘要
为给硕士研究生职业期望的研究提供可靠测量工具,以硕士研究生为研究对象,编制了《硕士研究生职业期望问卷》,该问卷由个人发展、人际关系、贡献与挑战、工作环境和工作报酬5个维度组成。采用项目分析、探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析等方法对问卷结构的合理性进行了验证,结果显示:总量表克朗巴赫系数α=0.92,X2/df=4.27,RMSEA=0.08,NFI=0.90,NNFI=0.91,CFI=0.92,IFI=0.92。研究结果表明该问卷具有良好的信效度。
In order to provide a reliable tool for the study of postgraduate career expectation,the questionnaire of postgraduate career expectation is developed.The questionnaire consists of 5 dimensions,i.e.individual development,interpersonal relationship,contribution and challenge,working environment,salary.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire is tested with the application of item analysis,exploratory factorial analysis and confirmatory factorial analysis.The results show that the whole scale of Cronbach′sα=0.92,X2/df=4.27,RMSEA=0.08,NFI=0.90,NNFI=0.91,CFI=0.92,IFI=0.92.It testifies that the questionnaire had a good reliability and validity.
