摘要
加快地方高校档案信息化建设是新时代赋予档案人的使命和责任。受高校整体信息化建设、档案管理人员信息化素养以及档案工作业务研究水平等因素的影响,浙江省内地方高校在档案信息化建设上不同步、效果各异。因此,从政府全面推进数字化转型的大背景出发,地方高校要重新审视高校档案馆的建设目标和功能定位,分析问题短板,从提高三个“比率”、坚持三个“并重”等方面采取有效措施,助推高校档案信息化建设。
Archivists in local universities are entrusted with missions and responsibilities to accelerate the construction of archives information.The local universities in Zhejiang province,however,fail to keep in pace as for the archives information construction,because of the ramifications brought about by the diversity of each university’s overall information level,the archivists’informative cultivation and their study on archives,and so forth.Based on the background of the governments’digitalization transformation,the thesis reexamines the construction aim and orientation of the local universities’archives department and analyzes the problems and shortcomings;in addition,by means of promoting“three ratios”and sticking to“three emphasis”,it puts forward some effective measures to help accelerate the archives information construction.
