摘要
宽带功率放大器是通信发射机的关键组成部分,功率、效率和线性指标决定整个发射机的关键指标。基于氮化钾功率管器件的大信号仿真模型,采用宽带匹配技术进行电路设计,设计一款工作频率在0.5~2.5GHz的宽频带功率放大器。仿真结果显示增益不小于12dB,饱和输出功率不小于42dBm,输出效率不小于46%,通过实际在板优化后指标与设计值相当。为改善放大器线性度指标,采用预失真系统对放大器进行线性化校正评估与分析,实验结果与设计目标吻合。
This Broadband power-amplifier is the key component of communication transmitter.Power,efficiency and linearity determine the key indicators of the whole transmitter.In this paper,based on the large signal simulation model of GaN power transistor,a broadband power-amplifier with operating frequency of 0.5~2.5 GHz is designed by using broadband matching technology.The simulation results show that the gain is more than 12 dB,the saturated output power is more than 42 dBm,and the output efficiency is more than 46%.Through the on-board test,the optimized index is equivalent to the design value.In order to improve the linearity index of the amplifier,apre-distortion system is used to evaluate and analyze the linearization correction of the amplifier.The experimental results are basically consistent with the design goal.
