摘要
[目的/意义]研究新时代装备科技信息工作的发展内涵,探讨知识激活能力建设的路径与策略。[方法/过程]在回顾装备科技信息工作发展历程的基础上,辨析了信息库与智库建设的统一性,分析总结了知识激活能力的多维演进路径,提出了三大研究范式之上的能力发展新思路。[结果/结论]知识激活能力应作为新时代装备科技信息工作的核心发展内涵;装备科技信息工作正沿着信息链形成多维知识激活路径,应开展技术型智库、知识创新中心、知识管理三个维度的新型知识激活能力建设。
[Purpose/significance]The paper studies the development connotation of the armament scientific and technical information work in the new era,and discusses the path and strategy of knowledge activation capacity building.[Method/process]On the basis of reviewing the development history of armament scientific and technical information work,the paper analyzes the integration between the establishment of information database and that of think tank,summarizes the multi-dimensional evolution path of knowledge activation capability,and proposes a new idea of capability development based on three research paradigms.[Result/conclusion]Knowledge activation capability should be the core development connotation of the armament scientific and technical information work in the new era.A multi-dimensional knowledge activation path is taking shape along the information chain for the armament scientific and technical information work.Building of new knowledge activation capacity should be carried out in three dimensions:technology-driven think tank,knowledge innovation center and knowledge management.
