摘要
文章综述了护理专业学生从事老年护理的意愿与影响因素,为老年护理人才培养提供思路。我国护理专业学生从事老年护理意愿处于中等水平,影响因素包括人口学因素、老年护理的职业特征、对老年护理的认知程度与主观态度。
This paper summarizes the willingness and influencing factors of nursing students to engage in geriatric nursing and provides ideas for the training of geriatric nursing personnel.The willingness of nursing students to engage in geriatric nursing is at a moderate level in China.Influencing factors include demographic factors,occupational characteristics of geriatric nursing,and awareness and subjective attitudes towards geriatric nursing.
