摘要
海洋油气开发投入高、风险高,自然环境和工作条件较为苛刻,工程作业中面临诸多风险,比如海上平台面积狭小、布置密集,钻完井作业节奏快、风险性高。为提高海洋钻完井作业过程中的科学管理程度,提出以精细化管理为理论模型依据,结合钻完井作业安全管理难点,分析海上事故特点,在现场安全管理中引入精细化管理模式,最大限度降低作业风险。
Offshore oil and gas development is characterized by high investment,high risk and harsh working conditions.many risks are faced in the engineering operation,such as the small area and dense layoutof offshore platform,fast rhythm and high risk of drilling and completion operation,etc.In order to improve the degree of scientific management in the process of offshore drilling and completion op⁃erations,this paper puts forward the theoretical model of fine management,combined with the difficulties of safety management of drill⁃ing and completion operations,analyzes the characteristics of marine accidents,and introduces the fine management mode into the field safety management to minimize the operation risk.
