摘要
从热氧老化和日光作用两个方面监测防老剂6PPD在轮胎胎侧胶停放过程中的变化情况。结果表明:防老剂6PPD在热氧环境中稳定,但在日光作用下会发生光致变色;胎侧胶中防老剂6PPD会优先于胶料与氧气发生化学反应,且反应产物可以阻止胶料进一步氧化;当防老剂6PPD用量为1份时,胶料的耐热氧老化性能优异。
The stability of antioxidant 6PPD in the parking process of tire sidewall compound was monitored under thermo-oxidative aging and sunlight aging,respectively.The results showed that the antioxidant 6PPD was stable in the thermo-oxidative aging process,but the color changed under sunlight.Antioxidant 6PPD could react with oxygen before the thermo-oxidative aging of rubber and the reaction product could also protect rubber from thermo-oxidative aging.When the dosage of antioxidant 6PPD was 1 phr,the thermo-oxidative aging resistance of the compound was excellent.
