摘要
随着国家和行业相关政策的持续引导,全过程工程咨询服务模式已经成为现在和未来建设工程的主流。从建设项目的服务需求和造价咨询企业自身特点出发,分析造价咨询企业发展全过程工程咨询的局限和优势,提出造价咨询企业发展全过程工程咨询的策略,以期为造价咨询企业转型发展提供参考。
With the guidance of relevant national and industrial policies,whole process engineering consultation becomes the mainstream of current and future construction project consultation.This paper starts from the demand of construction project service and the characteristics of cost consulting company,puts forward some strategies for cost consulting company to develop whole process engineering consultation,so as to provide reference for the transformation and development of cost consulting enterprises.
