摘要
为了弄清黄河防汛抢险中柳石枕出现“断枕”现象的主要原因,进而有针对性地采取避免柳石枕折断的措施,实现黄河防汛抢险的集约化,以柳石枕为研究对象,建立其动水中的抗折断受力分析模型,推导柳石枕折断弯矩计算公式,计算柳石枕在不同流速下的最大应力。研究发现:汛期水流流速增大及其对柳石枕的冲击不是柳石枕折断的主要原因,而柳料的选用、柳石枕制作工艺、溜绳的设置以及推枕时的用力情况等是防汛抢险中柳石枕是否发生折断的主要影响因素。采用铅丝网对柳石枕进行增强、选用优质柔性树头柳、严格控制柳石枕制作工艺、合理设置溜绳和梱枕绳的数量及间距、推枕时用力均匀等措施能有效地避免柳石枕发生折断破坏。
In order to clarify the main causes of the breakage of bind willow⁃rock during the flood control and emergency rescue of the Yellow River,take measures to avoid the breakage of bind willow⁃rock and realize the intensification of the Yellow River flood control and emergency rescue,in this paper,taking bind willow⁃rock as the research object,the analysis model of breaking resistance force in moving water was es⁃tablished.The calculation formula of breaking moment of bind willow⁃rock was deduced and the maximum stress of bind willow⁃rock at differ⁃ent velocities was calculated.The results suggest that the increase of flow velocity in flood season is not the main reasons for the breakage of the bind willow⁃rock.The main reasons for the breakage are the selection of willow material,the manufacturing technology of bounding,the setting of the rope and the force exerted during the bind willow⁃rock pushing.Using gabion to strengthen the bind willow⁃rock,choosing high⁃quality flexible willow branches,strictly controlling the manufacturing technology,reasonably setting the number and spacing of the rope and even force when pushing the bind willow⁃rock down can effectively avoid the breakage of the bind willow⁃rock.
