摘要
由于国内主观评价工程师的评价水平不及国外,往往能对底层指标进行评价打分,但对整体性能的打分就难以把握。针对这一问题,在现有座椅静态舒适性主观评价体系下,运用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP),建立层次结构模型,计算出各层级下各指标权重系数。选取3名专业评价工程师,对某三款C级轿车前排座椅舒适性进行底层指标主观评分,运用已确定的各层级指标的权重系数,得到前排座椅舒适性总得分。通过分析得分和各层级权重,提出现阶段座椅舒适性存在的问题及后续改进方向,并进行改善方案的主观评价。
The evaluation level of domestic subjective evaluation engineers is not as good as that of foreign countries,and they can often evaluate and grade the underlying indicators,so it is difficult to grasp the overall performance.In view of this problem,under the existing subjective evaluation system of seat static comfort,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to establish the hierarchical structure model and calculate the weight coefficients of each index under each level.Three professional evaluation engineers were selected to evaluate the comfort of the front seats of three C-class cars,and the subjective scores of the bottom indicators were obtained.The weight coefficients of the determined indicators of each level were used to get the total scores of the comfort of the front seats.Through the analysis of scores and weights of all levels,the problems existing in the seats in the emerging stage and the subsequent improvement direction are proposed,and the subjective evaluation of the improvement scheme is carried out.
