摘要
农房在历次地震中破坏最严重,造成了巨大财产损失和大量人员伤亡。为此,本文提出了一种适用于砌体结构农房的装配整体式钢筋混凝土圈梁构造建造方法,并对其约束砖墙展开抗震性能研究。首先,利用芯柱建造方法按照构造柱的构造要求提出装配整体式建造技术,同时结合圈梁受力特点和农村实际施工技术改进了圈梁的结构形式和建造方法,从而构成装配整体式圈梁构造柱约束体系。然后,以约束条件和竖向压力为变化因素对6片砖墙开展拟静力试验研究,观察低周往复水平荷载作用下砖墙的破坏模式,分析装配整体式圈梁构造柱对砖墙抗剪承载能力和滞回耗能性能的改善情况。最后,给出考虑竖向压力作用的圈梁构造柱约束砖墙的抗剪承载力计算公式,以及讨论圈梁构造柱对砖墙的约束效应。结果表明:建议装配整体式圈梁构造柱能有效约束砖墙,延缓裂缝开展和提高砖墙抗震性能,避免砖墙过早发生破坏。
This paper proposed an integrated monolithic reinforced concrete column-to-beam structure suitable for masonry rural structure,and the seismic performance research of the restraint wall is deployed.Under the construction requirements of the structural column,assembly integral construction technology is initially proposed using corn column construction method.According to the mechanic characteristics of the ring beam and the present rural construction technology,this study then modified the structural type and construction method of ring beam,thereby forming the assembly integral construction regime.Precisely,a quasi-static test of six walls was carried out with the constraint condition and axial pressure as variables.The failure mode of the wall under the low-cycle reciprocating horizontal load was observed,and the improvement of the shear capacity and hysteretic energy dissipation performance of the assembled monolithic column-to-beam was analyzed.At last,the calculation formula of shear capacity on column-to-beam restrained wall under different pressures is given,and the restraining effect of the ring beam structure column on the wall is discussed.The results demonstrated that:The proposed assembled column-to-beam structure is able to effectively restrain the wall,delaying the crack development process and getting the seismic performance improved,avoiding premature failure of the wall.
