摘要
传感器的稳幅振动是科氏质量流量计工作的前提。当被测液体流量中含有气体时,传感器的振动阻尼增大,需要的驱动能量增加。而已有模拟驱动无法及时提供所需能量,致使传感器停振。为此,绘制已有模拟驱动的驱动特性曲线,分析其存在的问题,进而推导新型模拟驱动的驱动特性曲线,设计出能同时工作于单相流和气液两相流下的新型模拟驱动电路。在持续气液两相流和单相流-气液两相流切换下,进行了已有模拟驱动和新型模拟驱动的对比实验。结果表明:新型模拟驱动的驱动稳定性和快速性均优于已有模拟驱动。
The steady vibration of the sensor is a prerequisite for the operation of the Coriolis mass flowmeter.When the measured liquid flow contains gas,the vibration damping of the sensor increases,and the required driving energy should be increased.However,existing analog drivers are unable to provide the required energy in time,causing the sensor to stop vibrating.To this end,the drive characteristic curve of the existing analog drive was drawn,and the existing problems were analyzed.Then the drive characteristic curve of the new analog drive was derived,and a new analog drive circuit capable of working simultaneously under single-phase flow and gas-liquid two-phase flow was designed.Under the continuous gasliquid two-phase flow and single-phase flow-gas-liquid two-phase flow switching,the existing analog drive and the new analog drive comparison experiment were carried out.The results showed that the driving stability and fastness of the new analog drive are better than the existing analog drive.
