摘要
在当前的社会形势下,党的建设对公立医院具有核心作用,可以保证公立医院深度改革,同时也能推进公立医院的创新发展。党建应以业务工作为中心,与其相辅相成,公立医院要严抓党的建设,将党建与业务工作同部署、同研究、同落实、同考核,将党建与业务工作进行融合,以党建工作促进医疗水平、护理质量、公共卫生环境水平、医药管理质量等方面的发展。公立医院应坚持党建与业务工作相融合的原则,与当前社会形势接轨,积极改善党建工作中的问题,并加以解决,对实际困难加以克服,这样可以有效发挥党建与业务工作融合的优势及重要意义。
In the current social situation,party building plays a central role in public hospitals,which can ensure the deep reform of public hospitals and also promote the innovative development of public hospitals.Party building should be centered on business work and complement each other.Public hospitals should pay close attention to party building,integrate party building and business work with the same deployment,research,implementation,and assessment,integrate party building with business work,and promote medical care with party building work.Level,quality of care,level of public health environment,quality of pharmaceutical management,etc.Public hospitals should adhere to the principle of integration of party building and business work,integrate with the current social situation,actively improve the problems in party building work,solve them,and overcome practical difficulties,so that the advantages and importance of party building and business work integration can be effectively used significance.
