跨境电子商务下猴头菇加工产品流通效率及提升路径

Circulation Efficiency and Improvement Path of Hericium erinaceus Processed Products under Cross-border E-commerce

摘要 猴头菇(Hericium erinaceus)加工产品流通已从单一传统流通方式向多元流通模式转变,为了解决产品的流通效率有所下降的问题,在跨境电子商务平台下分析猴头菇加工产品流通效率及提升路径。构建流通效率的层次分析模型,并在该模型下选取相应的效率分析指标。调取跨境电子商务平台中的产品流通数据,确定相关效率分析指标的具体取值,从而得出产品流通效率的测评分析结果。综合当前产品流通的效率特点,分别提出改进基础设施、推进电子商务发展以及加大政府扶持力度等路径,从而提高猴头菇加工产品的流通效率。实证分析表明,将提出的流通效率提升路径应用到实际的流通工作当中,可以有效的提升约20.6%的流通效率,同时也可以在一定程度上降低产品的流通成本。 The circulation of processed products of Hericium erinaceus has changed from a single traditional circulation mode to a multiple circulation mode.In order to solve the problem that the circulation efficiency of products has declined,the circulation efficiency and promotion path of processed products of H.erinaceus are analyzed under the cross-border e-commerce platform.Firstly,the paper constructs the analytic hierarchy process model of circulation efficiency,and selects the corresponding efficiency analysis indicators under the model.Transfer the product circulation data in the cross-border e-commerce platform,determine the specific value of relevant efficiency analysis indicators,and then get the evaluation and analysis results of product circulation efficiency.In order to improve the circulation efficiency of processed products of H.erinaceus,we should improve the infrastructure,promote the development of e-commerce and increase the support of the government.Through the empirical analysis,it is concluded that applying the proposed circulation efficiency improvement path to the actual circulation work can effectively improve the circulation efficiency by about 20.6%,and also reduce the circulation cost of products to a certain extent.
