摘要
为有效利用山西地方耐旱水稻品种资源,加快选育耐旱水稻品种,选取21个地方水稻品种为试验材料,采用随机区组设计方法,分析比较2种栽培方式(水直播、旱直播)下不同品种植株的生长动态、存活率及产量性状等。结果表明,通过比较共筛选出5个耐旱品种,编号分别是82-39-3-1、单倍体4号、82-10-1、82-40、82-18;进一步分析比较5个耐旱水稻品种在旱直播、水直播2种栽培方式下的根系结构,结果发现,水稻品种的耐旱性与其根系结构不同有关。该研究结果对推广耐旱水稻品种及提高水稻的旱作水平均具有重要的意义。
To select the drought resistant rice varieties suitable for planting in Shanxi province,21 local rice varieties were used as the experimental materials.The growth dynamics,survival rate and yield traits of different varieties under two cultivation methods(direct seeding in water and direct seeding in dry land)were analyzed and compared by using random block design method in this study.The results showed that five drought tolerant varieties were selected by comparison,and their numbers were 82-39-3-1,haploid 4,82-10-1,82-40 and 82-18,respectively.In addition,according to analyzing the root structure of five drought resistant rice varieties with the conditions of drought direct-seeding and water direct-seeding,the result showed that the drought resistance of rice varieties was related to the different root structures.The study is of great significance to promote the varieties of drought resistant rice and improve the level of drought cultivation in Shanxi province.
