摘要
为完善"新工科"人才培养方案,本文以机器人技术为例,全面探讨面向智能机器人创新型人才的教学改革方法。结合目前高校机器人技术课程中所培养学生与"新工科"建设所需人才之间的差异,通过深入分析其差异存在的原因,提出了"教学资源开放化、培养模式个性化、工程教学实践化、科教融合创新化、学科建设贯通化"五位一体的教学改革策略。通过新的教学改革,为我国"新工科"建设提供借鉴和参考。
To improve the training scheme of emerging engineering talents,this paper explores comprehensively a teaching method reform on training innovation-oriented talent in intelligent robot based on the example of robotic technology.By taking the differences between the graduates trained by the current robotic technology courses in universities and colleges,and the talents required for the construction of emerging engineering into consideration,and analyzing the in-depth reasons for these differences,a five-in-one education reform strategy has been put forward in this paper."Five"means"open teaching resources,personalized training model,practical engineering teaching,innovative integration of science and education and universal scheme of disciplinary construction",and"one"means"an integrated reform strategy".The strategy is expected to provide guidance and reference for the emerging engineering construction.
