摘要 从工程建设的全过程论述了某工程项目660 MW超超临界二次再热锅炉受热面:水冷壁、高温过热器、高温再热器热偏差控制的方法与效果,分析比对塔式锅炉与П型锅炉结构差异对热偏差控制的影响,为超超临界二次再热机组的建设提供借鉴。在现有材料体系下,建议超超临界二次再热机组采用塔式锅炉,该炉型更有利于机组的长期安全可靠运行。 The thermal deviation control methods and effects were discussed for the heating surface of 660MW ultra-supercritical double-reheat cycle boiler,including water wall,high temperature superheater,high temperature reheater,through the entire process of power plant construction.The influences of different structure between-type and tower-type boiler on thermal deviation control were analyzed,and can be reference for the future construction of ultra supercritical double-reheat cycle power plant.Considering the existing metal material,tower-type boiler was recommended in ultra supercritical double-reheat units for more safe and reliable long-term operation.
