摘要
信息时代是工具理性的最新发展阶段,信息技术带来了数字化的生存状态,加快了全球化的趋势,促进了多元价值的融汇,让人类社会实现了空前的繁荣。但信息时代同时也带来了个人隐私权更容易被侵害、犯罪行为更加隐秘、数字鸿沟进一步加深、民意传递的失真等问题,让我们不得不对信息技术造成的人的异化、技术的异化以及技术统治等风险进行深刻的反思。在此基础上,强调从"人"的角度出发,注重加强建设信息安全文化,以消解信息技术发展产生的负效应。
The information age is the latest development stage of instrumental rationality.Information technology has brought about the digital living state,accelerated the trend of globalization,and promoted the integration of multiple values,making human society achieve unprecedented prosperity.But at the same time,the information age also brings some problems.For instance,the personal privacy is more easily violated,the crime is more secret,the digital gap is further deepened,and the public opinion transmission is distorted,all of which make us have to deeply reflect on the risks caused by information technology,such as human alienation,technology alienation and technology governance.On this basis,from the perspective of"people",we should pay attention to strengthening the construction of information security culture to eliminate the negative effects of information technology development.
