摘要
目的分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中医护理方式的有效性。方法选择2016年7月至2018年7月来我院接受治疗的156例老年COPD患者为研究对象,将其分为两组。对照组共计76例,接受常规化护理干预,观察组共计80例,接受中医护理,分析结果。结果对照组患者护理满意度为88.16%,观察组患者护理满意度为97.50%。相较于对照组,观察组患者护理满意度明显更高,P<0.05。干预前,两组患者的FEV1预计值以及FEV1/FVC无明显差别,P>0.05。干预后,相较于对照组,观察组患者上述指标改善情况显著,P<0.05。结论对于老年COPD患者来讲,在其接受临床治疗时配合中医辨证护理,能够取得满意效果。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of TCM nursing methods for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods A total of 156 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease who received treatment in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and 76 patients in the control group received conventional nursing intervention.A total of 80 patients in the observation group received TCM nursing,and the results were analyzed.Results The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 88.16%,and that of the observation group was 97.50%.Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction,P<0.05.Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the predicted value of FEV1 and FEV1/FVC between the two groups,P>0.05.After the intervention,compared with the control group,the subjects in the observation group showed significantly better improvement in the above indicators,P<0.05.Conclusion For elderly patients with copd,satisfactory results can be achieved by combining TCM syndrome differentiation nursing with clinical treatment.This method can comprehensively improve the patient’s satisfaction with nursing,so it is worthy of further application in clinical practice.
