摘要
本科生导师制是新形势下高校人才培养的新机制,对于提高本科生的实践创新能力和科研素质具有重要作用。该文对本科生毕业论文质量存在的问题及其产生原因进行了分析,结合农学院农学专业实施导师制的实际情况,总结并探讨了导师制带来的益处,为进一步提高毕业论文质量和培养具有实践创新能力的人才提供了借鉴。
The undergraduate "tutorial system" is a new mechanism of talent cultivation in universities under the new situation, and plays an important role in improving the practical innovation ability and scientific research quality. This paper analyzes the problems of the quality of undergraduate thesis and the causes, and discussed the benefits of the "tutorial system" in combination with the actual situation of the implementation of the "tutorial system" in the agronomy specialty of our college, which provides a reference for further improving the quality of graduation thesis and cultivating talents with practical innovation ability.
