摘要
首先阐述了当前我国出口退税政策的相关内容,然后具体分析了这些政策的调整对石化行业的影响,最后从调整出口结构、增加产品附加值以及转变发展模式等角度,对石化行业的应对措施进行分析。
First of all,this paper expounds the relevant contents of the current export tax rebate policies in China,then analyzes the impact of the adjustment of these policies on the petrochemical industry,and finally analyzes the countermeasures of the petrochemical industry from the perspectives of adjusting the export structure,increasing the added value of products and changing the development mode.
