摘要
针对目前市场易燃易爆仓库、大型石化企业存在意外起火的情况,为了尽可能地降低人员伤亡和财产损失,该文设计出一款高压喷水式智能消防小车系统。该系统采用STM32单片机作为主控制器,用反射型光电探测器RPR-220二极管进行循迹避障。在行驶过程中,灭火智能小车沿着设计好的路线,通过红外光电传感器感应光源以检测火焰具体位置,可以利用算法设计对循迹灭火,该模式下驱动电机水泵喷水,相对于风扇灭火有效地控制了火源的第二次发生,从而完成消防作业。经实际测试实验,该智能灭火小车能够在不同模式下快速、顺利地完成相应的功能。
Aiming at the accidental fire of inflammable and explosive warehouses and large petrochemical enterprises in the market at present,in order to reduce casualties and property losses as much as possible,a high pressure water spraying intelligent fire fighting car system is designed.STM32 microcontroller as the main controller used in this system,using reflective photoelectric detector diode for tracing obstacle avoidance,RPR-220 in the process of moving,fire-fighting intelligent car along the designed route,through the infrared electric induction light source detection sensor location,can take advantage of the algorithm design of tracing extinguishing fire and drive motor pump water spray,this mode to complete work.After the actual test,the fire extinguishing intelligent vehicle can complete the corresponding functions in different modes quickly and smoothly.
