摘要
目的为了提高医疗质量,保障消毒供应的质量和感染控制,对第三方消毒供应服务实施风险管理。方法采用风险管理法对消毒供应服务质量和感染控制的风险进行评估分析,采取风险控制措施,对剩余风险进行可接受评价,判断风险规避情况。结果风险评价结果识别出5个风险点:人员感染、器械受损、交叉污染、物资短缺、病原体外泄,其风险系数分别为25、20、20、10、10。第三方消毒供应中心根据所识别风险点,积极采取措施。查验结果:2020年2—3月质量指标与2019年同期保持同一水平。据此进行剩余风险可接受评价,5个风险点风险系数下降至1、2、1、1、1,风险得到了有效控制。结论对消毒供应外包服务进行风险管理可以有效帮助第三方消毒供应机构规避风险,以保证医院消毒供应工作的正常进行。
Objective To implement the risk management for the third-party disinfection supply service so as to improve medical quality and ensure both the quality of disinfection supply and the infection control.Methods The risks related to the quality of disinfection supply service and the infection control were evaluated and analyzed and the acceptability for residual risks was evaluated so as to estimate the result of risk aversion.Results As a result of the risk evaluations,five risk points including staff infection,instrument damage,cross contamination,material shortage and pathogen leakage were identified,and the risk factors of these five risk points were 25,20,20,10,10,respectively.Based on the identified risk points,active measures were taken by a third-party central sterile supply department.As a result of examinations,the quality indexes for February and March in 2020 maintained the same level as the quality indexes for the same period in 2019.Based on the above-mentioned circumstance,the acceptability for residual risks was evaluated,and the risk factors of the five risk points decreased to 1,2,1,1,1,respectively,which showed that the risks were under effective control.Conclusion The risk management implemented for outsourced disinfection supply services may effectively help third-party disinfection supply organizations avoid risks,thereby ensuring the normal proceeding of the disinfection supply in hospitals.
