摘要
随着人们对居住品质要求的提升,人们越来越关注住宅区外的风环境,良好的风环境可以提升住户的舒适度和减少建筑能耗,节约资源。通过对桂林七星区某住宅小区进行室外风环境的模拟分析,分析其是否达到绿色建筑指标要求,并针对性地提出改善该住宅区舒适度和减少建筑能耗的意见和建议。
With the improvement of people’s living quality requirements, people pay more and more attention to the hot environment outside the residential area, a good wind environment can improve the comfort of residents and reduce the energy consumption of buildings, saving resources. Therefore, the project through a residential area in Guilin seven-star area for outdoor wind environment simulation analysis, analysis of whether it meets the requirements of green building indicators, and targeted to improve the comfort of the residential area and reduce the energy consumption of the building comments and suggestions.
