摘要
2020年初,我国许多省份新型冠状病毒肺炎危重症患者的救治曾面临严峻挑战。新型冠状病毒肺炎最常见的致命原因是严重急性呼吸窘迫综合征及其后续的多器官功能损伤,肺泡毛细血管屏障破坏导致的肺水肿是其重要病理特征。因此,如何减少与消除肺部间质与肺泡腔渗漏,改善肺泡有效通气量与弥散功能成为降低急性呼吸窘迫综合征病死率的关键环节。
At the beginning of 2020,the treatment of critical patients with COVID-19 has faced severe challenges in many provinces of China.The most common fatal cause of COVID-19 is severe acute respiratory distress syndrome and its subsequent multiple organ dysfunction.Pulmonary edema caused by destruction of alveolar capillary barrier is an important feature of acute respiratory distress syndrome.Therefore,the key to reduce the mortality of acute respiratory distress syndrome is to decrease edema fluid leaking into the lungs and to improve effective alveolar ventilation and diffusion function.
