摘要
随着综合性、跨阶段、一体化咨询服务需求日益增强,职业建筑师的业务界定由以往的建筑设计向策划设计和评估运维两端延展,策划与评估逐步成为全过程咨询业务的重要环节。以投入使用11年的北京科技大学综合体育馆(原北京奥运会柔道跆拳道馆)为研究对象,关注其完成策划目标的情况,并通过对使用者与管理者进行采访、问卷调查、焦点小组访谈,了解项目在使用中满足受众需求的程度,进而反思回馈策划。研究通过对实际案例的分析,旨在总结前策划后评估闭环流程的意义与优势,指明职业建筑师的未来发展方向。
With the development of engineering consulting services in a comprehensive,cross-stage and integrated direction,the stage that architects should be involved in has been extended from the design phase to the entire construction process.Architectural programming and Post Occupancy Evaluation(POE)has gradually become an important part of the whole process consulting business.This article looks at the University of Science and Technology Beijing(USTB)Gymnasium(formerly Judo&Taekwondo Venue of 2008 Beijing Olympics Games),through interviews,questionnaires,focus group interviews and other means examines how the project meets audience needs and accomplishes planning goals,and summarizes the significance and advantages of the programming and evaluation on built environment process.
