摘要
房地产行业已经成为我国经济发展的支柱产业,对我国的经济发展和人民生活起着至关重要的作用,也成为我国经济能否健康发展的关键因素之一。但随着近年来中小房地产企业的发展,房地产行业成长的同时也面临着机遇与挑战。哈佛分析框架主要包括战略分析、会计分析、财务分析和前景分析四部分,分析框架将定量分析、定性分析结合,能够有效把握财务分析方向。论文以中南建设集团为例,运用哈佛分析框架对公司进行财务分析。
The real estate industry has become the pillar industry of China's economic development,which plays a vital role in the economic development of our country and the life of the people,and also becomes one of the key factors of the healthy development of our economy.However,with the development of the small and medium-sized real estate enterprises in recent years,the real estate industry is also facing opportunities and challenges while growing up.The Harvard analysis framework mainly includes four parts:strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analysis and prospect analysis.The analysis framework combines quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,which can effectively grasp the direction of financial analysis.Taking Zhongnan Construction Group as an example,this paper uses Harvard analysis framework to carry out financial analysis of the company.
