含边水枯竭气藏型储气库达容是一个极其缓慢的过程,需要数个注采周期才可以达到方案设计值。以文96储气库为研究对象,开展动态达容理论研究。对储气库构造完整性、井筒密闭性进行评价,不断优化注采参数,得到达容方案:位于构造高部位的气井注气,采气期均衡采气,在构造低部位部署排液井。历经多个周期的注采运行,文96储气库动态库容超过设计指标,工作气量同步提升,第五周期理论工作气量达到1.80×10~8 m^3,占整体库存的36.5%。若地层压力达到27 MPa,则冬季理论工作气量将达到2.24×10~8 m^3,占整体库存的41.8%。文96储气库实现了动态达容,工作气量显著提升,边水得到有效控制,为榆济管网平稳运行提供了充分保障。
It is a very slow process to reach the capacity of gas storage with edge water depleted gas reservoir. It requires several injection and production cycles to reach the designed value. Taking Wen 96 gas storage as the research object, the dynamic capacity theory is studied. Evaluated are the structural integrity and wellbore tightness of the gas storage, optimized are the injection and production parameters, so that the capacity plan is schemed: carry out gas injection in the gas well at the higher part of the structure, carry out balanced gas production in the gas production period, and deploy the drainage well at the lower part of the structure. After several cycles of injection and production operation, the dynamic storage capacity of Wen 96 gas storage exceeds the designed index, and the working gas volume increases synchronously. The theoretical working gas volume in the fifth cycle reaches 1.80×10~8 m^3, accounting for 36.5% of the total inventory. If the formation pressure reaches 27 MPa, the theoretical working gas volume in winter will reach 2.24×10~8 m^3, accounting for 41.8% of the total inventory. Wen 96 gas storage has achieved dynamic capacity, significantly improved the working gas volume, and effectively controlled the edge water, which provides sufficient guarantee for the smooth operation of Yuji pipeline network.
