摘要
目的探究伤口造口小组主导的个案管理模式在直肠癌Miles手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年1月在我院就诊的60例直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和实验组,各30例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础之上实施个案管理模式。比较患者术后并发症发生率、患者造口自我护理能力和患者护理满意度。结果实验组患者术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,且实验组造口自我护理能力显著高于对照组,同时实验组患者护理满意度也显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论伤口造口小组主导的个案管理模式在直肠癌Miles手术患者管理中的应用效果显著,不仅降低了患者术后并发症发生率,同时在患者自我护理能力和护理满意度的提升上都给予了一定的保障,因此应予以推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the case management model led by the wound stoma group in the patients undergoing Miles surgery for rectal cancer.Methods 60 patients with rectal cancer treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group chose routine nursing,while the experimental group implemented case management model on this basis.The incidence of postoperative complications in patients,self-nursing ability of patients’stoma,and nursing satisfaction of patients were compared.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in patients in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the self-nursing ability of stoma in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Meanwhile,the nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was also significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the case management model led by the wound stoma group in the management of patients undergoing Miles surgery for rectal cancer has a significant effect,which not only reduces the incidence of postoperative complications in patients,but also guarantees the improvement of self-nursing ability and nursing satisfaction of patients.Therefore,it shall be promoted.
