摘要 语言是文化的载体和思想的体现。因此,语言教学拥有巨大的“教育力量”潜力。英语学习过程,就是思想、情感和观念的表达过程。一直以来,德育都是我国教育中最基本的素质教育内容,高职英语教学大纲中有明确要求,研究范围应侧重于中西方文化知识的教育,引导学生树立正确的“三观”——世界观、人生观和价值观,有效地将道德教育和语言学习融合到课堂教学中。在英语课堂教学中,教师遵循语言教学规律,对学生进行知识传授和技能培养的同时,更要注重将德育贯穿其中。在语言学习和积累的同时,帮助学生形成良好的道德认知,明确道德规范,强化爱国意识和民族自信心,以开放、包容的心态,正视各国文化,取其精华,去其糟粕,拓展国际视野。 Language is the carrier of culture and the embodiment of thought.Therefore,language teaching has great poten⁃tial of"educational power".The process of learning English is the process of expressing ideas,emotions and concepts.All along,moral education is the most basic quality education content in the education in China.The paper holds that in Eng⁃lish classroom teaching,teachers should follow the rules of language teaching,let students acquire knowledge and skills,and pay more attention to moral education as well.Teachers will have to help students with their language learning and knowledge accumulation,and they will also guide students to form good moral cognition and clear moral norms,strengthen patriotic consciousness and self-confidence,face up to different cultures with an open and inclusive attitude,and expand their international horizons.
