摘要
煤气化作为煤化工企业的基础,对于项目成本、效率及发展具有重要影响。天然气调节阀则是煤气化中的关键设备,可影响煤气化稳定安全运行。基于此,主要以西安航天源动力工程有限公司天然气调节阀为例,分析其故障原因,并提出相应的改造方案。试验表明,它具有良好的运行效果,有助于推动天然气调节阀的国产化,从而促进煤化工企业实现进一步发展,减少资源消耗。
As the basis of coal chemical enterprises,coal gasification has a serious impact on project cost,efficiency and development.Natural gas regulating valve is the key equipment in coal gasification,which can affect the stable and safe operation of coal gasification.Based on this,this paper mainly takes the natural gas control valve of Xi’an Aerospace Power Engineering Co.,Ltd.as an example,analyzes the causes of its failure,and puts forward the corresponding transformation plan.After the test,it has good operation effect.Previously,it promoted the localization of natural gas control valve,so as to promote the further development of coal chemical industry and reduce resource consumption.
