摘要
针对集装箱岸桥起重机在实际应用中挂舱事故严重威胁着起重机的运行效率和可靠性,在对挂舱保护装置简单概述并分析其系统组成及原理的基础上,对挂舱现象动能产生的原理及吸收动能的方式进行研究,并通过数值计算的方式验证了有挂舱保护装置和无挂舱保护装置下起重机的最大负荷和钢丝绳的最大拉力,得出为岸桥起重机安装挂舱保护装置十分必要。
In the practical application of container quay cranes,the pod accidents seriously threaten the crane’s operation efficiency and reliability.Based on a brief overview and analysis of the system composition and principle of the cabin protection device,the article studies the principle of the kinetic energy generation of the cabin phenomenon and the way of absorbing the kinetic energy.Comparing the maximum load of the crane without the pod protection device and the maximum tensile force of the wire rope,it is concluded that it is necessary to install the pod protection device for the shore bridge crane.
