摘要
目的:观察宣通三焦、活血通络方治疗特发性膜性肾病(IMN)的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的62例患者随机分为两组:对照组予以糖皮质激素联合环磷酰胺及对症治疗,中药组在对照组治疗基础上给予宣通三焦、活血通络方口服。比较两组治疗前后24h尿蛋白定量(24h-U T P)、血浆总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)等指标的变化。结果:与本组治疗前比较,治疗6个月两组24h-UTP、TC、TG、LDL-C均显著降低,TP、ALB均显著升高,且中药组优于同期对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:宣通三焦、活血通络方可降低IMN尿蛋白、升高血浆蛋白、调节脂代谢,而且随疗程延长治疗效果愈加明显。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Xuantong Sanjiao and Huoxue Tongluo Formula in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy.Methods:Sixty-two patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups:the control group was treated with glucocorticoid combined with cyclophosphamide,and the Chinese medicine group was orally given Xuantong Sanjiao and Huoxue Tongluo Formula in the treatment of the control group.24 hours urinary total protein(24h-UTP),total plasma protein(TP),albumin(ALB),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)before and after treatment were compared.Results:After treatment for 6 months,the 24h-UTP,TC,TG,LDL-C were significantly decreased,and TP and ALB were significantly increased in both groups.The Chinese medicine group was superior to the control group(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuantong Sanjiao and Huoxue Tongluo Formula can not only reduce IMN urine protein,increase plasma protein,regulate blood lipid,but also prolong the treatment effect with the course of treatment.
