摘要
2019年末流行的新型冠状病毒肺炎以其极强的致病性在全国范围内流行,然而目前尚缺乏特效药物和疫苗。为了挖掘优秀的中医抗疫理论,对杨栗山《伤寒瘟疫条辨》中的三焦传变理论进行研究,发现他提出“杂气”自口鼻而入,首先注入中焦,然后分布上、下焦。他提出治疗原则重在逐秽,上焦如雾,升而逐之,兼以解毒;中焦如沤,疏而逐之,兼以解毒;下焦如渎,决而逐之,兼以解毒。在这一理论指导下,对我院确诊病例进行分析,发现以“杂气”弥漫中、上焦为主,使用麻杏石甘汤加味辛凉透表,解毒逐秽治疗效果好。
COVID-19 emerged in China at the end of 2019,and it is endemic nationwide because of its highly contagious nature,still there is a lack of specific drugs and vaccines.In order to explore the excellent theory of TCM anti-epidemic,improve the curative effect,we studied the theory of triple energizer transmission theory in Yang Lishan’s Systematized Identification of Cold Damage Diseases and Pestilence.Yang Lishan believes that epidemic pathogen getting through the mouth and nose directly into the middle energizer,and then distributing to upper and lower energizers.He put forward the theory of“upper energizer likes fog,rising,chasing and detoxifying;middle energizer likes retting,sparsening,chasing and detoxifying;lower energizer likes blasphemy,determining,driving and detoxifying”.Under the guidance of this theory,we analyzed the diagnosed cases,and found that the syndrome type is mainly showed as epidemic pathogen entering the upper and middle energizer.Thus,using Maxing Ganshi decoction to release the exterior with pungent-cool,detoxify and dispel filth resulting in a good effect.
