“互联网+”时代基于大数据的顾客资产管理研究

摘要 顾客资产是企业未来主要收益的可靠来源之一,“互联网+”时代的新型商业模式依托大数据等信息新技术的支持,对传统顾客资产组成结构产生了较大冲击,对企业决策也产生了重要影响。文章构建了“互联网+”时代基于大数据的顾客资产组成结构模型,对其价值发现的流程进行了梳理,并在此基础上对其价值发现的内容进行了阐述。
