摘要
以本科教育为本,回归大学的本质职能,是高等教育人才培养的核心。在此背景下,通过对当前高等教育模式的分析,找出存在的不足。坚持以本为本,推进四个回归,从优化课程体系、改进教学方法、构建实验教学新体系、加强创新创业实践、建立服务社会机制等方面进行探索,提出高等教育创新创业人才培养模式,启发大学生创新意识、提高大学生创业能力、培养大学生创新精神,提高教学质量。
The core of talent cultivation in higher education is taking the base of undergraduate education and returning to the essential function of the university.Based on this background,the shortcomings is found by analyzing the mode of current higher education.By insisting on the base of undergraduate education and promoting four returns and exploring optimization of curriculum system,improvement of teaching methods,construction of new experimental teaching system,strengthening of innovation and entrepreneurship practice and establishment of service social mechanism,the cultivation mode of innovative and entrepreneurial talents was established,which could inspire college students'entrepreneurial awareness,improve college students'entrepreneurial ability,cultivate college students'innovative spirit and improve teaching quality.
