摘要
目的探讨妇科超声教学实践中引入以问题为导向教学法(PBL结合案例教学法的效果。方法挑选2017年2月-2019年10月于本院超声医学科进行规培、进修的学生68名,根据所提供教学模式的不同,将其进一步划分为试验组34名、观察组34名。其中,对照组按照教学大纲采用常规教学模式,观察组采用PBL结合CBL教学模式,从教学满意度、出科考核成绩角度对教学效果加以对比、分析。结果在基础知识、病例分析、专业知识、操作技能分数方面,试验组学员对照组学员具有优势,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组学习氛围、解决问题能力、自主学习能力、团队协作能力得分均优于常规组,两组差异有意义(P<0.05)。结论将PBL结合CBL教学模式引入妇科产生教学实践中来,在教学满意度、出科成绩方面均有积极效果。
Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with case study in the teaching of gynecological ultrasound. Methods From February 2017 to October 2019, 68 students were selected from the department of ultrasound medicine of our college for regular training and advanced study. According to the different teaching modes provided, they were further divided into experimental group(34) and observation group(34). Among them, the control group adopted the conventional teaching mode according to the syllabus, the observation group adopted the PBL combined with CBL teaching mode, and compared and analyzed the teaching effect from the perspective of teaching satisfaction and examination results of graduation. Results In terms of basic knowledge, case analysis, professional knowledge and operation skill scores, the students in the experimental group and the students in the control group had advantages, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of learning atmosphere, problem-solving ability, autonomous learning ability and team cooperation ability in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group, and the differences between the two groups were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL teaching mode is introduced into gynecology production teaching practice, which has positive effects on teaching satisfaction and graduation performance.
