摘要
在可再生能源占比高的电网中,可再生能源的波动性和间歇性给电网带来较多不确定因素,增加了电网规划的难度。在中长期规划中,为确保电网可以承受并消纳持续增加的可再生能源,需要对电网的最大可再生能源装机容量进行评估。为此,提出一种基于全年同一时刻有效出力的风光消纳能力评估方法,以中长期规划为出发点,从调度层面计算电网最大风光装机容量。利用历史风光出力数据得出具有该地区特征的风光有效出力,并以此建立风光消纳最大化模型。采用某地区电网数据对模型进行验证,结果表明该模型在全年尺度上具有适应性,可准确反映电网消纳风光的能力。
In the power grid with high proportion of renewable energy,the volatility and intermittent of renewable energy brings more uncertainties to the grid,increasing the difficulty of power grid planning.In the long-term planning,in order to ensure that the power grid can withstand and consume increasing renewable energy,the maximum installed capacity of renewable energy must be assessed.This paper proposes an assessment method for wind and solar absorption ability based on effective output at the same time in the whole year,which can be used to calculate the maximum installed capacity from the level of system operation.By making use of historical wind and solar output data,it can obtain effective wind and solar output in this area and establishes the model of maximum wind and solar absorption.The power grid data in some area is used to verify the model and the result demonstrates the model is adaptive to accurately reflect power grid ability in consuming wind and solar on the scale of year.
