摘要
目的探讨球拍形切口乳房成形术治疗乳腺癌患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2017年1月我院收治的82例乳腺癌患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(41例,常规保乳手术)和研究组(41例,球拍形切口乳房成形术)。比较两组患者的治疗效果、乳房美观情况、并发症发生情况及复发率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组乳头纵向偏移距离、乳头横向偏移距离、瘢痕、凹陷程度、对称性评分及总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率及复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论球拍形切口乳房成形术治疗乳腺癌的临床效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of racket-shaped incision mammoplasty in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 82 cases of breast cancer patients enrolled in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group(41 cases,routine breast conserving surgery)and study group(41 cases,racket-shaped incision mammoplasty)according to random number table method.The treatment effects,breast beauty,complications and recurrence rates of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of longitudinal deviation distance of papilla,lateral offset distance of papilla,scar,depression degree,symmetry and total score in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and recurrence rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Racket-shaped incision mammoplasty applied to patients with breast cancer can get a significant clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
