摘要
随着我国城市化进程的加快,城市内部的居住与就业空间结构发生了深刻的变化。城市的职住空间关系对城市的生态环境、资源利用和居民生活满意度有很大影响。利用具有代表性时空大数据--百度热力图数据,在识别居住地和工作地的基础上,测算了天津市主城区各个街道的"实质职住比";在构建天津市生态安全评价指标体系的基础上,采用综合指数法对当地的生态安全状况进行评估;从生态安全角度,分析了天津市主城区职住空间的特征。通过研究发现:天津市主城区的职住关系总体良好,并无严重的职住分离现象;生态安全总体水平不高,伴随着生态安全等级的提高,各街道的职住状态呈现出职住分离程度不断增大的趋势。研究成果将为天津市政府主管部门开展城市管理、规划等提供决策依据。
With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the structure of residential and employment space in cities has undergone profound changes.The relationship between Jobs-housing in a city has a profound impact on the ecological environment,resources and residents’life satisfaction.In this paper,the representative spatiotemporal big data-Baidu heat map data is used to calculate the actual Jobs-housing ratio based on the identification of places of residence and work.And then the ecological security in Tianjin is evaluated with the method of comprehensive index method based on the construction of the ecological security evaluation index system.Last,the characteristics of Job-housing space are analyzed from the perspective of ecological security.Based on the study,it is found that the relationship of Jobs-housing in the main urban area of Tianjin is generally good,and there is no serious Jobs-housing separation;the overall level of ecological security is not high;the status of Jobs-housing of streets in the main urban have shown increasing separation with the improvement of the level of ecological security.The research results will provide scientific decision-making basis for Tianjin municipal government departments to carry out urban management and planning.
