摘要 目的:探讨标准化患者(SP)在低年资护士培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年7月-2019年3月本院低年资护士192名。按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各96名。对照组采用常规技能培训方式,试验组于对照组基础上引用SP培训方式,两组均进行3个月的培训。对比两组培训前后各项考核成绩(病史采集能力、应对能力、沟通能力、人文素养、健康宣教)、工作积极性、自我效能感(GSES)及对培训方式的效果评价。结果:培训结束后,两组病史采集能力、应对能力、沟通能力、人文素养、健康宣教的考核成绩及GSES评分、工作积极性评分均高于培训前,且试验组上述指标均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);试验组培训优良率为94.79%(91/96),高于对照组的81.25%(78/96),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SP培训方式能有效提高低年资护士护理工作各项能力,提高自我效能感,改善工作积极性,培训效果显著。 Objective:To explore the application effect of standardized patients (SP) in low-grade nurse training.Method:From July 2018 to March 2019,192 cases of low-grade nurses in our hospital were selected.According to the method of random number table,they were divided into control group and experimental group,96 cases in each group.The control group used the routine skill training method,and the experimental group quoted the SP training method on the basis of the control group.Both groups were trained for 3 months.Before and after the training,the assessment results (medical history collection ability,coping ability,communication ability,humanistic quality,health education),work enthusiasm,self-efficacy (GSES) and the effect evaluation of training methods were compared between the two groups.Result:After the training,the scores of medical history collection ability,coping ability,communication ability,humanistic quality,health education,GSES and work enthusiasm in the two groups were higher than those before the training,and the above indexes in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.001).The excellent rate of training in the experimental group was 94.79% (91/96),which was higher than 81.25% (78/96) in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:SP training method can effectively improve the nursing ability of low-grade nurses,improve self-efficacy,improve work enthusiasm and the training effect is remarkable.
