摘要
目的:探析妇科腹腔镜手术室护理时间的影响因素及对策.方法:选取2018年7月-2019年6月实施腹腔镜手术患者216例,分析手术室护理时间的影响因素.结果:首台手术的手术室护理时间明显比连台手术的手术室护理时间更长,手术过程中患者出现异常心理的手术室护理时间明显比正常心理患者的手术室护理时间更长,不同手术类型手术室护理时间从长到短的依次为子宫切除+附件切除、子宫切除术、子宫肌瘤剔除术和附件手术,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:影响妇科腹腔镜手术室护理时间的因素包括是否为首台手术、患者心理状况以及手术类型,临床中可通过提升手术过程中的配合度、加强术前心理护理等措施缩短手术室护理时间.
Objective:To explore the influencing factors and countermeasures of nursing time in gynecological laparoscopic operating room.Methods:From July 2018 to June 2019,216 laparoscopic patients were selected,we analyzed the influencing factors of nursing time in operating room.Results:The nursing time in the operating room of the first operation was significantly longer than that of the consecutive operation,the operating room nursing time for patients with abnormal psychology during the operation was significantly longer than that for patients with normal psychology,the nursing time of different types of operating room was successively hysterectomy+appendectomy,hysterectomy,myomectomy and appendectomy,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The factors that affect the nursing time of gynecological laparoscopic operating room include whether the first operation is performed,the psychological condition of patients and the type of operation,in clinical practice,we can shorten the nursing time of operating room by improving the cooperation degree and strengthening the psychological nursing before operation.
