摘要
目的:探讨双波长龙激光治疗前列腺增生患者的疗效和安全性。方法:2015年5-10月收治前列腺增生症患者32例,均采用经尿道双波长龙激光前列腺汽化术治疗。观察治疗效果。结果:32例患者均一次性完成手术,手术时间为(62±12.7)min,平均出血量(22.58±12.7)mL,治疗过程中无死亡病例及包膜等不良事件的发生。术后留置导尿管时间及住院时间较短,出院后发现患者存在出现短暂排尿困难现象1例,给予再次留置导尿管出院,并口服α-受体阻滞剂(盐酸坦洛新)后好转治愈。术后1个月最大尿流率、IPSS评分均优于手术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:双波长龙激光治疗前列腺增生患者安全有效,手术时间短,出血少,安全性高,术后并发症少,留置导尿管时间短。
Objective:To explore the efficacy,safety and superiority of double wavelength long laser in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.Methods:32 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected from May to October 2015,transurethral double wave long laser vaporization of prostate was used for treatment.We observed the therapeutic effect.Results:All 32 patients completed the operation at one time,the operation time was(62±12.7)min,the average bleeding volume was(22.58±12.7)mL,there were no death cases or adverse events such as capsule.The time of indwelling catheter and hospitalization was short,one patient was found with difficulty urinating for a short time after discharge,the patient was discharged after re-indwelling the catheter,and he was cured after oral administration of a-blocker(tamsulosin hydrochloride).The maximum urine flow rate at 1 month after operation and the IPSS score were better than those before surgery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is safe and effective to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia with double wavelength long laser,the operation time is short,with less bleeding and high security,the postoperative complications are few,and the indwelling catheter time is short.
