摘要
随着民办教育的利好政策出台以及多所民办教育机构上市,评价上市民办教育机构的经营绩效成为社会关注的焦点。本文使用数据包络分析(DEA)的BCC模型和Malmquist指数,对在中国香港地区上市的18所民办教育机构进行静态和动态效率的综合绩效评价。研究结果显示,大部分上市民办教育机构的规模效率偏低,该行业的经营效率偏低,民办教育机构应提高技术水平并合理投入资源。
In this paper, data envelopment analysis(DEA) BCC model and Malmquist index were used to evaluate the static and dynamic efficiency of 18 private educational institutions listed in Hong Kong. The results show that the scale efficiency of most listed private educational institutions is low, and the operation efficiency of the industry is low. So private educational institutions should improve their technical level and invest resources reasonably.
