摘要
装配整体式混凝土结构是我国目前装配式建筑发展方向。装配式建筑与传统建筑相比,其设计与施工方法均有所不同。简要介绍了上海地区某髙预制率装配整体式剪力墙结构高层住宅的施工。该项目采用预制外墙板、预制剪力墙、预制楼梯、全预制阳台、预制叠合板等预制构件,文章简要分析了其预制构件生产、装配式施工方案、预制构件运输及场内堆场、施工技术要点等。
Assembled monolithic concrete structure is the development direction of prefabricated buildings in China.Compared with traditional buildings,the design and construction methods of prefabricated buildings are different.This paper introduces the construction of a high prefabricated shear wall high-rise building in Shanghai.This project adopts prefabricated components such as prefabricated exterior wall board,prefabricated shear wall,prefabricated stairs,fully prefabricated balcony,prefabricated laminated board,etc.The article briefly analyzes the production of prefabricated components,prefabricated construction scheme,transportation of prefabricated components,yard,construction technology key points,etc.
