中国企业业绩评价问题研究——文献回顾与未来研究方向 被引量:1

摘要 本文主要回顾了现代企业制度建立以来,国内外针对企业经营者业绩评价系统的研究发展概况,从对企业经营者激励的角度出发,探讨了业绩评价体系中评价指标、评价标准的全面性和客观性,并针对其存在的缺陷与局限,提出了未来对于企业业绩评价体系修正完善的建议。
