摘要
中国是世界最大的茶叶生产、消费与贸易国家之一,中国茶产区分布很广,茶产业的发展对中国贫困山区的乡村振兴起着举足轻重的作用。本文运用2007-2016年数据,通过构建联立方程组模型对中国茶叶出口、茶产业发展与县域经济增长三者之间的相互关系进行了实证分析,研究结果表明:中国的茶叶出口对中国的茶产业发展起着积极的正向的促进作用;中国茶产业发展对县域经济增长即乡村振兴起着积极的促进作用,且效果显著。但中国的茶叶出口对地区经济发展作用不显著;这主要因为中国茶叶出口数量占中国茶产业总产量的比例很小(小于10%),而且各地区的茶叶出口收入占本地区的国民经济的比例更小(小于1%),中国的茶产业属于劳动密集型产业。资本要素、劳动要素以及产业结构对县域经济起到了正向的促进作用。
China is one of the largest tea producing,consuming and trading countries in the world.China′s tea producing areas are widely distributed.The development of tea industry plays an important role in the Rural Revitalization of poor mountain areas in China.Based on the data of 2007-2016,this paper constructs a simultaneous equation group model to analyze the relationship among tea export,tea industry development and county economic growth in China.The results show that China′s tea export plays a positive role in promoting the development of tea industry in China;China′s tea industry development is booming the county economic growth,i.e.,rural economic growth.However,China′s tea export has no significantly positive effect on regional economic development.This is mainly due to the fact that the proportion of Chinese tea export volume in the total output of China′s tea industry is less than 10%,and the proportion of tea export income in the local GDP is less than 1%.Moreover,China′s tea export income accounts for less than 1%of the local GDP.Capital factor,labor factor and industrial structure have played a positive role in promoting county economy.
